Her exemplary tenure at Parsons Corporation, San Diego, CA, as a Business Development Manager Fellow, showcases her ability to spearhead initiatives, notably raising over $150K for Space Force advocacy and fostering strategic partnerships pivotal to Parsons’ growth. Shamika's trailblazing path reached a historic milestone when she became the first woman and Space Force Guardian to be initiated as a Chief through the United States Coast Guard’s Chiefs Call to Initiation.
