Her exemplary tenure at Parsons Corporation, San Diego, CA, as a Business Development Manager Fellow, showcases her ability to spearhead initiatives, notably raising over $150K for Space Force advocacy and fostering strategic partnerships pivotal to Parsons’ growth. Her adeptness in leveraging agile methodologies has driven project efficiencies, notably enhancing Statement of Work objectives alignment, budget management, and operational capabilities.

Shamika's trailblazing path reached a historic milestone when she became the first woman and Space Force Guardian to be initiated as a Chief through the United States Coast Guard’s Chiefs Call to Initiation. A Master of Business Administration from the Jack Welch Management Institute and a Bachelor of Arts in Intelligence Studies from the American Military University, coupled with certifications in Project Management and Six Sigma, bolster her robust skill set.
