Elaine Gresham

Elaine Gresham is the Director of Space at BryceTech, with more than two decades of experience focusing on market forecasting, civil space, technology assessment, and management consulting. Elaine has developed an expertise in advanced space technologies, strategic technology planning, technology portfolio management, technology roadmaps, competitive assessments, and strategic market analysis for NASA, the FAA, DoD, and the commercial aerospace industry.

She has analyzed advanced space technologies, including in-space re-fueling, suborbital launch, reusable launch vehicles, small satellites, advanced components, and space solar power. She has led teams identifying and assessing the impact of government space technology investments on emerging technologies; export industries and national science and technology priorities; and evaluating the breadth of and commercial revenue associated with spin-off technologies.

Elaine has worked at BryceTech since its founding, managing a suite of projects providing portfolio management, technology assessment, and market analysis to NASA and customers in the commercial space industry and leading Bryce’s growth in the civil space arena.  Earlier in her career she worked as a Program Manager and Market Analyst at The Tauri Group and Futron Corporation. Elaine has a Master’s Degree in Science, Technology, and Public Policy from the George Washington University; a BA from American University in International Relations and East Asian Studies; and is currently working on her Executive MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management.  She lives in the western suburbs of Chicago.
